Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite - Perform a Gmail Sync

Adjust Gmail™ sync settings on your Galaxy Tab A7 Lite to stay on top of your email in real time. If preferred, you can also manually update your inbox, calendar, contacts, etc.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    .
  3. Select the applicable Gmail address.
  4. Tap
    Sync account
    .
  5. Select the applicable data sync options (e.g., Contacts, Calendar, Gmail, etc.) to turn on or off.
    To perform a manual sync:
    1. Tap the
      Menu icon
       menu icon.
    2. Tap
      Sync now
