Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite - Power Up in Safe Mode

Safe mode is a diagnostic state on your Galaxy Tab A7 that only runs system apps so you can isolate if a third-party app is causing freezing or slowness.
  1. With the device powered off, press and hold the
    Power/Side
     and
    Volume down buttons
     (top edge) until the 'Samsung Galaxy' screen appears.
    An alternate method is available if the device can be powered on and is responsive.
  2. Release the
    Power button
     but continue to hold the
    Volume down button
    .
  3. Continue to hold the
    Volume down button
     until 'Safe mode' appears in the lower-left of the unlock or Home screen then release.
    This may take up to 45 seconds.
