Here's how to reset apps if your Galaxy Z Fold3 5G crashes, resets or freezes.
Personal data such as browser bookmarks and other customized app settings can be backed up to Google's servers.
  1. Open the
    Settings app

  2. Tap
    Apps
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • Reset Individual App
      This option resets app preferences and deletes all data for a single app.
      1. Tap the appropriate app.

         Sort filter icon then tap
        Show system apps

      3. Tap
        Force stop
        then tap
        OK
        .
      4. Tap
        Storage
        .
      5. Tap
        Clear data
        .
        This option may not be available for some apps.
        Resetting an app or clearing data storage may delete saved info within the app (e.g., calendar events may be lost).

    • Reset All App Preferences
      This option resets app preferences for disabled apps, notification restrictions for apps, default apps, background data restrictions for apps, and permission restrictions.
