Here's how to stop running apps if they freeze / hang or cause your Galaxy Z Fold3 5G to crash, reset or run slowly.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Apps
    .
  3. Tap the
    Filter and sort icon
     Filter an sort then tap to sort by then tap
    OK
    .
    If system apps aren't visible, tap the
    Show system apps switch
    .
  4. Locate then select the appropriate app.
  5. Tap
    Force stop
    .
  6. To confirm, review the message then tap
    OK
