Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go - Add a Virtual Private Network

Here's how to add a virtual private network (VPN) to your Galaxy Chromebook Go to encrypt your internet traffic and protect your online identity via a secure remote server.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Network
    Add connection
    Add OpenVPN / L2TP
  3. If presented with a lock screen notification, click
    OK
    .
    Refer to Device Lock for assistance
  4. From the Server hostname field, enter the appropriate name.
    If needed, contact the VPN admin for assistance with server info and credentials.
  5. From the Provider type field, click the
    dropdown menu dropdown icon
    then select the VPN type.
  6. Enter the needed info into the applicable fields then click
    Connect
    .
    If applicable, click
    Save identity and password
     to turn on or off.
