Apple iPhone - Turn Cellular Data On / Off

Turning data on your iPhone provides access to online services over the cellular network, while turning it off will impact that experience unless connected to Wi-Fi.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
     on your Apple® iPhone®.
  2. Tap
    Cellular
    .
  3. Tap the
    Cellular Data switch
     to turn on or off.
    To allow your iPhone to use data while roaming, tap
    Cellular Data Options
     then tap the switch to turn on or off.
  4. To verify the data setting for a specific service, scroll down to the 'Use Cellular Data For' section.
    Cellular data can be turned on or off by the specific service (e.g., App Store®, Mail, Music, etc.).
