TCL TAB Pro 5G - Add / Remove a Wi-Fi Connection

Here's how to connect to a Wi-Fi network or remove a saved connection on your TAB Pro 5G.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Wi-Fi
    .
  3. Ensure the Wi-Fi switch is turned on.
  4. Perform one of the following:
    • Connect to an Available Wi-Fi Network
      1. Tap the preferred Wi-Fi network.
      2. Enter the appropriate password then tap
        CONNECT
        .
        To view the password as it is being entered, tap (check)
        Show password
        .
    • Manually Connect to a Wi-Fi Network
      1. Tap
        Add network
         (scroll down if needed).
      2. From the Network name field, enter the appropriate name (SSID).
      3. From the Security field, tap the
        Dropdown menu icon
         .
      4. Tap the applicable security option (e.g., None, WEP, WPA / WPA2-Personal, etc.).
      5. From the Password field, enter the appropriate password.
      6. Ensure additional settings (e.g., EAP method, CA certificate, etc.) are configured appropriately then tap
        CONNECT
        .
    • Remove a Wi-Fi Connection
      1. Tap the
        Settings icon
         Settings icon next to the Wi-Fi network you wish to remove.
      2. Tap
        FORGET
        .
