MOTO G PURE - Manage RTT Settings

Here's how to use the real-time text (RTT) feature on your moto g pure.
Real-time text (RTT) is text transmitted instantly as it is typed or created. Recipients can immediately read the message while it is being written, without waiting or the need for an additional device.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Accessibility
    Real Time Text
    .
  3. Tap (select) one of the following:
    Selected when a dot is present.
    • Visible during calls
    • Always visible
  1. With RTT enabled, from a Home screen, tap the
    Phone icon
     Phone icon.
    If unavailable, swipe up to access all apps then tap
    Phone
    .
  2. Do one of the following:
    If RTT is set to 'Visible during calls', tap the
    Call icon
     Call icon then refer to Switch a Call to RTT.
    • Tap the
      Keypad icon
       keypad icon, enter a 10-digit number then tap the
      RTT icon
       RTT call icon (lower-right).
    • From the Contacts or Recents tab, select a contact then tap the
      RTT call icon
       RTT call icon.
  1. While on a call, tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right) then select
    Show RTT keyboard
    .
  1. While on a call, tap the
    End icon
     (upper-left).
    RTT end call
