MOTOROLA EDGE 5G UW - Add / Remove Fingerprint Recognition

Here's how to set up and manage fingerprint recognition to unlock your motorola edge 5G UW.
For the fingerprint scanner to operate, hands must be clean and moisture-free.
  2. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Security
    .
  3. Tap
    Fingerprint
    .
  4. Enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
  5. Perform one of the following:
    • First Time Setup
      1. From the 'Unlock with your fingerprint' screen, review the info then tap
        Set up
         (lower-right).
      2. Place your finger on the
        sensor
         (Power button) until it vibrates then lift it and repeat this step until the process is complete.
      3. Tap
        Done
         (lower-left).
    • Add More Fingerprints
      1. Tap
        Add fingerprint
        .
        Up to 5 fingerprints can be registered on the device.
      2. Place your finger on the
        sensor
         (Power button) until it vibrates then lift it and repeat this step until the process is complete.
      3. Tap
        Done
        .
    • Remove Fingerprint(s)
      1. Tap the
        Delete icon
         Delete icon to the right of the fingerprint you want to remove then tap
        Delete
        .
      2. If presented with 'Remove all fingerprints?', tap
        Yes, remove
         if desired.
