Backup / Restore Current Configuration

Avoid the hassle of reconfiguring your Wi-Fi password and network details. Back up your Verizon Router configuration to safely restore your settings anytime.

Steps

  1. Sign in to the Admin WebGUI.
    You must be connected to the Verizon Router via Wi-Fi or Ethernet to access the admin page.
  2. From the Home screen, click
    Advanced
    .
  3. From the left menu, navigate:
    Utilities
    Save & Restore
    .
  4. From Backup & Restore, do one of the following:
    • To backup settings:
      1. From the 'Save Options' section, click
        Save as file
        .
      2. Click the
        Save as configuration
         button.
    • To restore from backup:
      1. From the Restore Options section, click
        Load a file
        .
      2. Click
        Choose file
        .
      3. Locate and select the backup file then click
        Open
        .
      4. Click the
        Restore configuration
         button.
