Kyocera DuraSport 5G UW - Add / Remove Fingerprint Recognition

Here's how to set up and manage fingerprint recognition to unlock your DuraSport 5G UW.
For the fingerprint scanner to operate, hands must be clean and moisture-free.
  2. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  3. Navigate:
    Security
    Face & Fingerprint Unlock
    Fingerprint
    .
    If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
  4. Perform one of the following:
    • First Time Setup
      1. From the 'Set up your fingerprint' screen, review the info then tap
        I agree
        .
      2. Follow the on-screen tutorial to scan your fingerprint and repeat as necessary until the process completes.
      3. If needed, enter a Fingerprint name then tap
        Done
        .
    • Add More Fingerprints
      1. Tap
        Add fingerprint
        .
        Up to 5 fingerprints can be registered on the device.
      2. Follow the on-screen tutorial to scan your fingerprint and repeat as necessary until the process completes.
      3. Tap 'Done' if finished or 'Add fingerprint' to continue adding fingerprints.
    • Remove Fingerprint(s)
      1. Tap the
        Delete icon
         Delete icon to the right of the fingerprint you wish to remove.
      2. Tap
        DELETE
