Change Default Mobile Number (Dual SIM)If you use two phone numbers on your Samsung phone, changing the default helps ensure calls and messages always originate from your preferred line.

The primary SIM is the default cellular plan used for calls, text messages and data.
Changing the primary SIM causes new calls and messages to be sent from the phone number associated with that SIM and data usage to be billed to that number.
If a line is active on a Second Number price plan (talk and text), do not select the Second Number line for data use.
Steps
- Open theSettings app.
- Navigate: .
- TapPrimary SIM.
- Select the desired SIM (e.g., SIM 1, eSIM 1, etc.).
- Review the primary SIM prompt then tapChangeorOK.
