Manage Do Not Disturb Settings

Do Not Disturb (DND) silences calls and alerts, letting only urgent ones through. If your Galaxy A03s isn't receiving calls or messages, check settings or disable DND.

Turn Do Not Distrub On / Off

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Notifications
    Do not disturb
    .
  3. Do either of the following:
    • To activate / deactivate immediately, tap the
      Do not disturb switch
       to turn on or off.
    • To manage a schedule, tap the switch to the right of the preferred schedule(s) to turn on or off.

Allow Exceptions

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Notifications
    Do not disturb
    .
  3. Tap
    Calls and messages
     then do any of the following:
    • To allow calls and/or messages:
      1. Tap
        Calls
         or
        Messages
        .
      2. Select the preferred option (e.g., All, Contacts only, etc.).
      3. For Calls, tap the
        Repeat callers switch
         to turn on.
    • To allow alerts or sounds:
      1. Tap
        Alarms and Sounds
        .
      2. Tap the preferred items to turn sounds and vibrations (e.g., Alarms, Media sound, Touch sound, etc.) on or off.
