Orbic Speed 5G - Restart Device

Here's how to restart your Orbic Speed 5G if it crashes and reset, freezes or runs slowly.

Via Device

  1. Locate the
    Power button
     on the left edge of the device.
  2. Power the device off.
    Press and hold the
    Power button
     for 3 seconds then release.
    If unable to power the device off, remove then re-insert the battery.
  3. Power the device on.
    Press and hold the
    Power button
     until 'Welcome' appears on the display then release.

Via Admin Web Interface

  2. From the top menu, click
    Configuration
    .
  3. From the left menu, navigate:
    Settings
    Restore and Restart tab
    .
  4. From the 'Restart' section, click
    Restart
     then follow the prompts.
    You'll need to sign back in to the Admin Web Interface.
