Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Connections
    Data usage
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • To turn Data saver off
      1. Tap
        Data saver
        .
      2. Tap the
        Turn on now switch
         to turn on or off.
    • To change data usage cycle:
      1. From the Mobile section, tap
        Billing cycle and data warning
        .
      2. Tap
        Start billing cycle on
        .
      3. Set the date to match the first day of your billing cycle then tap
        Set
        .
    • To set mobile data warning:
      1. Tap
        Billing cycle and data warning
        .
      2. Tap
        Set data warning
         to turn on.
      3. Tap
        Data warning
         and enter the desired level (e.g., 2.0 GB) then tap
        Set
        .
    • Set Mobile Data Limit:
      1. From the Mobile section, tap
        Billing cycle and data warning
        .
      2. Tap the
        Limit mobile data usage switch
         to turn on.
      3. Tap
        Data limit
         and enter the desired level (e.g., 2.0 GB) then tap
        Set
        .
View Restrict Data Usage by App
