Here's how to reboot the Internet Gateway if you can't browse the internet or connect via Wi-Fi.
- A soft reset (powering the device off then back on) is similar to restarting a desktop computer and is one of the first steps in troubleshooting a device. In most cases, a soft reset doesn't affect data on the device.
- The reboot process could take up to 5 minutes. Allow all the appropriate LEDs to light up.
Remove the power adapter from the DC jack and wait approximately 10 seconds prior to re-inserting it. Alternatively, a soft reset can be done via the My Verizon App.
