TCL 30 LE - Insert / Remove SIM Card

Here's how to properly insert or remove a SIM card for your TCL 30 LE.
Inserting / removing your SIM card can help with activation issues / errors, browser connection problems or a blank / frozen screen.
Don't attempt to insert or remove the SIM card while the device is powered on. Doing so may harm the SIM card and/or the device.
  1. Remove the battery cover.
    With the device facing down, use the provided slot (on the right edge, near the bottom) to lift then detach the cover.

  3. Do one of the following:
    • Insert the SIM card with the gold contacts facing down and the notch facing the top of the device.
      The main SIM slot is located underneath the SD card slot. Don't insert the SIM card into the SD card slot.

    • Remove the SIM card.
      If necessary, gently pull to remove the SIM card.

  5. Replace the battery cover, making sure to align it properly using the camera slot.
    Press down around the edges of the cover to lock it into place.
    Ensure the back cover is closed tightly to prevent water and dust from entering the device.
