Orbic Chromebook - Add a User Account

Here's how to add a user profile so multiple people can use your Orbic Chromebook.
If you need to add a user account to your Orbic® Chromebook®, follow these step-by-step instructions.
  1. Press and hold the
    Power key
     until the options screen appears..
    Power button
  2. Click
    Sign out
    .
  3. Click
    Add Person
    .
  4. Click to choose an option, then click
    Next
    :
    • You - Add a full user account
    • A child - Set up restricted access for a child.
  5. Enter your email address or phone number into the 'Email or phone' field then click
    Next
    .
  6. Enter your password into the 'Password' field then click
    Next
    .
    If presented, follow the steps for Google™ 2-Step Verification.
  7. From the 'Sync your Chromebook' screen, click
    Accept and continue
     to sync your other Chrome™ OS devices.
  8. Review the Google Play Terms of Service, accept any of the following, then click
    Accept

    • Back up to Google Drive
    • Use location
  9. Click on any of the popular apps to install then click
    Done
    .

     to skip this step until setup is complete.

     to use Google Assistant on your Chromebook.

     to access Google Assistant with 'Hey Google'.

  12. From the 'Connect to your phone' screen, click
    Accept & continue

  13. From the 'You are all set!' screen click

     (lower-right) to complete setup.
