TCL TAB Disney Edition - Restart in Safe Mode

Safe mode is a diagnostic state on your TCL TAB Disney Edition that only runs system apps so you can isolate if a third-party app is causing freezing or slowness.
  1. Press and hold the
    Power
     until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release.
    An alternate method is available if the device can be powered on and is responsive.
  2. Touch and hold
    Power off
     or
    Restart
     until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release.
  3. Tap
    TURN ON SAFE MODE
     to confirm.
    The process may take up to 45 seconds to complete.
    Upon reboot, 'Safe mode' appears in the lower-left of the unlock / Home screen.
