Here's how to navigate to the admin page for your Inseego MiFi X PRO 5G UW.
The admin page is used to customize the device settings and manage the device password.
This Inseego MiFi® MiFi X PRO 5G UW has its own settings page where you can configure advanced features and settings that can't be accessed using the touchscreen display.
  1. Establish a Wi-Fi connection between your MiFi and a device (e.g., computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.).
    Wi-Fi name and password can be obtained via the external LED or the sticker on the back of the MiFi.
    If you need help connecting your computer to Wi-Fi, select the appropriate operating system for assistance:
  2. From the device that's connected to the MiFi, open a web page then enter
    http://my.jetpack
     into the URL address field.
    Alternatively, enter 192.168.1.1 into the URL address field.
    If the admin page does not appear, refer to step 1.
  3. Click
    Sign In
     (upper-right).
    If using a mobile device, navigate:

    Sign in

  4. Enter the admin password then click
    Sign In

    By default the admin and Wi-Fi passwords are the same. To verify via the device's external LED, navigate:
    Menu
    Help
    Admin Website
