If your your ORBIC® JOY is running low on storage, it can cause crashes, slow performance, freezing apps, etc. Check your available memory to prevent these issues.
- Open theSettings app.
- TapStorage.
- View the available space from the following sections:
- THIS DEVICE
- SANDISK SD CARDUse thedropdown arrow icon
to view this section; only available when an SD / memory card is inserted.
- TapFree up spaceto remove unused items.If the device memory is full, apps can be uninstalled and files can be moved to an SD / memory card or to a computer.
