ORBIC JOY - Format SD / Memory Card

Here's how to erase all data on the SD / memory card in your ORBIC JOY.
This procedure erases all data on the SD / memory card. It's recommended to back up your data before formatting.
To perform the steps below, ensure the SD / memory card is inserted.
  1. Ensure your ORBIC® JOY isn't connected to a computer via the USB cable.
  2. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  3. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Storage
    .
  4. Use the
    Dropdown arrow
     to select the name of the SD / Memory Card (eg. SANDISK SD CARD).
    The name varies depending upon the type of card used.
  5. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right).
  6. Tap
    Format
    .
  7. Review the disclaimer then tap
    FORMAT SD CARD
    .
    Allow several seconds for the process to complete.
  8. From the 'Your SD card is ready to use' screen, tap
    Done
    .
