ORBIC JOY - Install Device Software Updates

Here's how to check for and install software updates on your ORBIC JOY.
  1. From a Home screen on your ORBIC® JOY, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    System updates
    .
    A system update won't be received while roaming.
  3. From the System update history prompt, tap
    Check for new system update
    .
  4. If prompted, tap
    OK
    .
  5. If an update is available, tap
    Download
    .
    If prompted with 'Your system is up to date', no update is necessary.
If the device gets stuck in the boot-up process after installing an update, a factory data reset is required. Make sure theGoogle ™ credentials are known prior to doing the reset as they are required to complete the reset process.
