Turn Do Not Disturb (DND) On / Off

The Do Not Disturb (DND) feature on your One Talk CP925 / CP965 IP conference phone allows you to silence incoming calls when you don't want to be interrupted. Turn DND off to receive calls again.

Before you begin

The Do Not Disturb function can be turned on or off in the One Talk admin portal.

Steps

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen then tap 
    DND
     to turn on or off.
    When DND is enabled, the phone prompts “DND mode is enabled” and the DND icon appears in the status bar.
