One Talk Portal
Turn Do Not Disturb (DND) On / Off

The One Talk admin portal allows you to turn the Do Not Disturb (DND) feature on or off for desk phones in your organization.

Steps

  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Click
    Manage Account
    .
  3. From the Product Portals section, click
    One Talk
    .
  4. If necessary, select the desired group from the dropdown menu then click the
    Devices tab
    .
  5. Click the applicable desk phone in the list.
  6. If necessary, click
    Associated devices
     then click
    Desk phone
    .
  7. For each line, click the
    Disable Do Not Disturb switch
     to turn on or off.
    When the switch is on, Do Not Disturb has no effect on the desk phone.
