If the Paging feature for your One Talk CP925 / CP965 IP conference phone has been enabled and you've set up a corresponding line key, review this info on how to use the Paging key.

Before you begin

Before the Paging key can be used, ensure paging is enabled and a Paging key is set up.
Page broadcasts:
  • are played on the speakerphone of any desk phones that are not on an active call.
  • are not played on the speakerphone if the desk phone receiving the page is in Do Not Disturb mode.
  • are ignored by any desk phones which are on an active phone call or intercom call.
  • ignored by any desk phones which are in any type of call forward state.

Steps

  1. From the idle screen, tap
    Dsskey
    .
  2. Tap the
    Paging key
     then begin speaking.
