Factory Reset

Reset your One Talk VZP59 IP desk phone to factory settings as a final troubleshooting step, or an easy way to erase your data if you're upgrading or replacing your device.

Steps

  1. From the idle screen, swipe to the second idle screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings
    Advanced
    .
  3. Enter the Admin password.
    Default password: @N3ta!k2@2*
  4. Select
    Reset Config
    .
  5. Select
    Reset to Factory Settings
    .
  6. Select
    OK
     to confirm.
  7. Wait for the phone to finish the initialization process.
    The process may take up to 15 minutes.
  8. From the 911 notification screen, select
    OK
    .
