Placing a video call from your One Talk VZP59 IP desk phone allows for non-verbal cues and better understanding during important conversations.

Before you begin

Data charges don't apply for video calls over Wi-Fi.

Steps

  1. From the idle screen, enter the desired extension or 10-digit phone number or select the appropriate line key.
  2. Tap
    Video
    .
  3. To stop video during a video call, tap
    Audio Only
    . This stops the video for both parties.
    Alternately, to stop transmitting video but still receive the other party's video, swipe down from the top of the video call screen then tap
