Here's info on common camera settings (e.g., flash, timer, front / rear camera, etc.) for your motorola edge - 2022.

Camera home screen

  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Camera
     Camera icon (lower-right).
  2. Tap the
    Flash icon
     Flash icon then select an option:
    • Auto
    • On
    • Off
  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Camera icon
     Camera icon.
  2. Tap the
    Settings icon
     Settings icon to access these options:
    Tap the
    Back arrow
     Back icon (upper-right) to return to the previous screen when necessary.
    • AI SETTINGS
      Select the option and then tap the
      switches
       to turn on Switch on or off Switch off:
      • Auto Smile Capture
      • Gesture Selfie
      • Smart Composition
      • Shot Optimization
      • Google Lens
    • PHOTOS
      Select the option and configure as preferred:
      • Front photo resolution
        Tap then choose an option.
      • Selfie photo mirror
        Tap the
        switch
         to turn on or off.
      • Watermark
        Tap then configure additional settings on the next screen.
    • VIDEOS
      • Efficient videos
        Tap the
        switch
         to turn on or off.
      • Audio Zoom
        Tap the
        switch
         to turn on or off.
    • CAPTURE SETTINGS
      Tap the switch(es) to turn on or off:
      • Quick capture
        Tap then configure additional settings on the next screen.
      • Tap anywhere to capture
      • Shutter sound
      • Assistive grid
      • Leveler
      • Keep last mode
    • SAVE PREFERENCES
      • Save location
        Tap to turn on or off.
    • ABOUT
      Select this option for more info about camera settings or reset camera settings back to default.

    More settings dropdown arrow
     Down arrow icon (top middle screen).
  3. Tap the
    Timer icon
     Camera timer off icon to change between 3 seconds, 10 seconds  and off.

    Switch camera icon
     Camera front facing icon to change between front or rear camera.

  2. To change the camera mode, swipe left or right to select an option:
    • Slow Motion
      Create time-lapse videos.
    • Video
      Capture video.
    • Photo
      Capture a picture.
    • Portrait
      Tap an object less than 20 inches away to focus on it then tap the Camera button to take a picture.
    • Pro
      Manually adjust the ISO sensitivity, exposure value, white balance, and color tone.
    • Tap
      More
       to choose one of the following options:
      • Cutout
      • Spot Color
      • Night Vision
      • Panorama
      • Group Selfie
      • Ultra-Res
      • Scan
      • Dual Capture
      • Timelapse
      • Spot Color (Video)
