MOTOROLA EDGE - 2022 - Uninstall Apps

Here's how to remove or delete apps if your motorola edge - 2022 is unresponsive, freezes or an app won't open.
  • Apps included with the Android™ operating system may not have an uninstall option.
    Some apps that can't be uninstalled can be disabled (disabling apps may cause related apps to malfunction).
  • If uninstalling an app update, ensure auto-update is disabled for the specified app until the issue is resolved with the developer.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps
    .
  3. Tap
    See all 'XX' apps
    .
  4. If necessary, tap the
    Dropdown menu
     Down arrow icon then select
    All apps
    .
  5. Tap an app then do one of the following:
    • To uninstall the app:
      1. Tap
        Uninstall
        .
      2. Review the notification then tap
        OK
         to confirm.
    • To uninstall app updates:
      1. Tap the
        Menu icon Menu icon
         (upper-right).
      2. Tap
        Uninstall updates
        .
      3. Review the notification then tap
        OK
         to confirm.
        This option is only available when an update has been installed.
