If you want to stop automatically rejecting spam calls, the My Verizon app allows you to easily cancel the Call Filter service.

Steps

  1. Open the 
    My Verizon app
     from an Account Owner or Account Manager device.
  2. From the Me tab, navigate:
    Manage products & plan perks
    Call Filter
    .
  3. Tap
    Unsubscribe
     below the applicable phone number.
  4. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions then tap
    Confirm
    .
