Verizon Receiver (LV65) - Install / Set Up 5G Home - Pairing

Here's how to pair the Verizon Receiver (LV65).
Need to know info before you start:
  • Don't open boxes until instructed.
  • Enable Bluetooth® on the device you're connecting to the Verizon Receiver (LV65).
  • Everything you need is in the box.
  • Signal test for the Verizon Receiver (LV65) is performed within the My Verizon app for Google™Android™ and Apple® iOS.
  • If the orignal setup process was not completed, remove the Bluetooth connection for the receiver from the device's Bluetooth menu.
  1. Open the My Verizon app My Verizon app icon then tap
    Start your 5G Home setup
    .
  2. From the 'Welcome to 5G Home Internet setup' tap
    Continue
     to get started.
    Allow access to Bluetooth® and location.
    Continue
  4. Find a good place to test the Verizon Receiver (LV65) then tap

  5. Select an antenna then tap
    Continue
    .
    If prompted, allow My Verizon App to access your location and camera.
    Try to find a window facing an antenna, because testing at a window is best.

  6. Follow the arrow toward the 5G antenna then tap

  7. Confirm the antenna is centered on screen then tap

     once you have stopped at the window or wall closest to the antenna.

    If needed, tap the
    Antenna icon
     (lower left) to change antennas.

  8. Open the box, remove the receiver and power adapter then tap

  9. Connect the receiver to the power adapter, plug it into an indoor power outlet then tap

  10. If using an iOS device do the following (Android OS users skip to step 11).
    If the orignal setup process was not completed, remove the Bluetooth connection for the receiver from the iOS device Bluetooth menu.
    1. Tap

       to continue to the next step.

    2. Tap and hold on the password field then tap
      Paste
       to begin pairing and activation.
      This process may take up to 6 minutes.

    Continue

  12. Complete an Indoor Signal Test.
