Manage Data Usage - KYOCERA DuraXV Extreme+

Here's how to change the data usage cycle and set data warnings and/or limits on your DuraXV Extreme+.
  • Device data usage may differ from actual usage. For accurate info and bill cycle dates, visit My Verizon website.
  • To control data usage on your account, refer to Verizon Family™.
  1. From the main screen, select
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings & tools
    Settings
    Wireless & networks
    .
  3. Select
    Cellular networks
     then select
    Data usage
    .
  4. Select
    Mobile data usage
     then do any of the following:
    • Data warning & limit
      1. Select a Monthly date cycle (e.g., 2, 3, 4, etc.).
      2. Select
        Set
        .
    • Alert
      1. Highlight an option 'On' or 'Off' then select
        Set
        .
      2. If the Alert is turned on, select
        Alert size
        .
      3. Enter an alert gigabyte limit then select
        Save
        .
    • Limit
      Mobile data is turned off when the data usage reaches the limit indicated by the red line. To use apps needing data, use Wi-Fi or adjust the limit.
      1. Highlight an option 'On' or 'Off' then select
        Set
        .
      2. If On is selected, read the data limit info then select
        OK
        .
      3. If the Limit is turned on, select the
        Limit size
        .
      4. Enter a size gigabyte limit then select
        Save
        .
