moto g play - 2023 - Disable / Enable App
Some pre-installed apps on your moto g play - 2023 are mainstays that can’t be removed. Disabling an app can prevent it from running, while enabling it can return functionality.
- Open theSettings app.
- TapApps.
- TapSee all 'XX' apps
- If necessary, tap theDropdown icon
then tap
All apps.To show system apps, navigate:.Menu iconShow system apps - Perform one of the following:
- Disable AppsDisabling an app may cause related apps to function improperly.
- Tap the preferred app.
- TapDisablethen tapDisable appto confirm.If the Disable option isn't available, tapForce stopthen tapOK.
- If prompted to 'Replace this app with the factory version', tapOK.
- Enable Apps
- Tap the preferred app.
- TapEnable.
