Here's how to change permissions to allow or block sending premium texts from your moto g play - 2023.

The steps below only apply if you've previously used a messaging app to send a text to a premium content provider or short code.

Short codes are typically 5 or 6 digit numbers commonly used when participating in contests, making donations, etc.

Special app access

Premium SMS access

From the 'Premium SMS access' screen, tap the app then select an option:
