Your DuraForce PRO 3 lets you combine or separate multiple contacts that were saved with different details or appear as duplicates.

Before you begin

The Contacts app uses an intelligent merge feature to combine contact info from various sources (e.g., Gmail™, Microsoft® Exchange, Facebook, new entries, etc.). If contact info was joined in error, it can be separated back into individual contacts.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Contacts app
     then do one of the following:
    • To link a contact:
      1. Tap a contact.
      2. Tap the
        3-dot Menu icon
        .
      3. Tap
        Join
         then tap a contact to link.
    • To unlink a contact:
      1. Tap a joined contact then tap the
        3-dot Menu icon
        .
      2. Tap
        Separate
        .
      3. Tap
        OK
         to confirm.
