KYOCERA DuraForce PRO 3 - Manage Do Not Disturb Settings

Here's how to check Do Not Disturb settings if your DuraForce PRO 3 isn't receiving calls or alerts for texts and email.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Sound & vibration
    Do Not Disturb
    .
  3. Do either of the following:
    • To activate / deactivate immediately, tap 'TURN ON NOW' or 'TURN OFF NOW'.
    • To manage a 'Do not disturb' schedule, tap
      Schedules
       then tap the switch to the right of the preferred schedule(s) to turn on or off.
      To create a new schedule, tap
      Add more
      .
      To edit an existing schedule, tap the schedule name then configure as desired (e.g., Days, Start time, etc.).
  4. Tap the
    Back icon
     Back icon.
  5. Tap either of the following then select the appropriate options to edit the settings for what can interrupt the Do Not Disturb setting when it's turned on:
    • People
      • Messages
      • Calls
    • Apps
      Tap the desired app or tap
      Add apps
       if the desired app isn't listed
    • Tap
      Alarms & other interruptions
      .
      Tap any of the following switches to turn on or off:
      • Alarms
      • Media sounds
      • Touch sounds
      • Reminders
      • Calendar events
