Here's how to configure the hotspot settings (e.g., password, network name, timeout settings, etc.) on your DuraForce PRO 3.
Expand All
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Network & internet
    Mobile Hotspot & tethering
    Mobile hotspot
    .
  3. From the Wi-Fi hotspot screen, set up the following:
    • Hotspot name
    • Security
      • WPA3-Personal
      • WPA2/WPA3-Personal
      • WPA2-Personal
      • None
        If presented with a Warning screen, tap
        Continue
        .
    • Hotspot password
      To change the password:
      1. From the Password field, enter the preferred password.
      2. Tap
        OK
        .
        The new password must be entered on the connecting device.
  4. Tap
    Advanced Mobile Hotspot settings
    .
  5. Tap
    Timeout settings
     then select an option (e.g., Never turns off, 5 minutes, etc.).
