When turned on, Wi-Fi Calling may improve indoor call quality for your DuraForce PRO 3.

To use Wi-Fi Calling, ensure Wi-Fi is turned on and connected.

Open the

Phone app

Tap the

Menu icon

Navigate:

Call settings

Wi-Fi Calling

Tap the

Wi-Fi Calling switch

to turn on or off.

If prompted, tap

Activate Wi-Fi Calling

review and accept the Terms & Conditions, tap

CONTINUE

, enter a valid E911 address then tap

SAVE

To select your calling preference while traveling outside the Verizon wireless coverage area or internationally, ensure Wi-Fi Calling is turned on, tap

When roaming

, select 'Prefer other cellular networks' or 'Prefer Wi-Fi' then restart the device.
