Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 - Perform a Gmail Sync

Adjust Gmail™ sync settings on your Galaxy Z Fold5 to stay on top of your email in real time. If preferred, you can also manually update your inbox, calendar, contacts, etc.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    .
  3. Select the applicable Gmail address.
  4. Tap
    Sync account
    .
  5. Select the applicable data sync options (e.g., Contacts, Calendar, etc.) to turn on or off.
    To perform a manual sync:
    1. Tap the
      Menu icon
       Menu icon.
    2. Tap
      Sync now
