If you use two phone numbers on your KYOCERA smartphone, turning one SIM on or off allows you to manage your network usage, save battery, or control which line is active for calls and data as needed.

Before you begin

If you are prompted to download a SIM, contact Customer Service at (800) 922-0204 to have a eSIM profile reserved for your device.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Network & internet
    SIMs
    .
  3. Tap the eSIM you want to enable or disable.
  4. Tap the Use SIM switch to turn on or off .
    To add an eSIM, refer to Add eSIM Profile.
  5. Tap
    Yes
     to confirm.
