Here's how to properly insert or remove a SIM card for your TCL TAB Disney Edition 2.

Instructions on inserting and removing your SIM can help with activation issues / errors, browser connection problems, and a blank or frozen screen.

Don't attempt to insert or remove the SIM card while your TCL TAB Disney Edition 2 is powered on. Doing so may harm the SIM card and/or the device.

Ensure the device is powered off.

From the left edge of the device (in portrait orientation), insert the SIM removal tool or a paperclip to release the SIM / SD card tray.

Remove the card tray then do one of the following:

Insert SIM card

Ensure the gold contacts are facing down, then press in on the card to lock into place.

Remove SIM card

Once the tray is removed, lift the SIM card from the tray.

Reinsert the card tray then press in to lock it into place.
