Removing a Google™ (Gmail™) account from your Pixel 8 / 8 Pro can be helpful when switching accounts, troubleshooting login or email sync issues, or ensuring your data stays private.
  1. Open the
    Settings app

  2. Tap
    Passwords, passkeys & accounts
    .
  3. Tap the applicable Gmail account.
  4. Tap
    Remove account
    .
  5. Tap
    Remove account
     to confirm.
