Factory Reset

Reset your One Talk T64LTE 4G LTE desk phone to factory settings as a final troubleshooting step, or an easy way to erase your data if you're upgrading or replacing your device.

Steps

  1. From the idle screen, navigate:
    More
    Settings
    .
  2. From the Advanced Settings section, enter your Admin password in the Admin Password field then tap
    Done
    .
    Default password: @N3ta!k2@2*
  3. Tap
    Reset Config
    .
  4. Tap
    Reset to Factory Settings
    .
  5. When prompted, tap
    OK
    .
  6. Wait for the phone to finish the initialization process.
    The process may take up to 15 minutes.
  7. From the 911 notification screen, press
    OK
    .
