Samsung Galaxy A15 5G - Manage Data Usage
Here's how to change the data usage cycle and set data warnings and/or limits on your Galaxy A15 5G.
- Device data usage may differ from actual usage. For accurate info and bill cycle dates, visit the My Verizon website.For Business Customer data, visit My Business.
- To control data usage on your account, refer to Verizon Family™.
- Open theSettings app.
- Navigate:.
- Do any of the following:
- Turn Data saver off
- TapData saver.
- Tap theTurn on now switchto turn on or off.Data saver must be turned off to use Mobile Hotspot.
- Set Mobile Data Limit:Mobile data is disabled upon reaching the specified data usage level indicated by the red limit line. To utilize apps that need data, use Wi-Fi or adjust the limit.
- From the Mobile section, tapBilling cycle and data warning.
- Tap theLimit mobile data usage switchto turn on.If prompted, review the message then tapOK.
- TapData limitand enter the desired level (e.g., 2.0 GB) then tapSet.
- Set Mobile Data Warning:A notification message appears upon reaching the specified data usage level indicated by the orange warning line.
- TapBilling cycle and data warning.
- TapSet data warningto turn on.
- TapData warningand enter the desired level (e.g., 2.0 GB) then tapSet.
- Change Data Usage Cycle:
- From the Mobile section, tapBilling cycle and data warning.
- TapStart billing cycle on.
- Set the date to match the first day of your billing cycle then tapSet.Refer to your statement for the bill cycle date.
