Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ 5G - Manage Hotspot Settings
Here's how to configure the hotspot settings (e.g., password, network name, timeout settings, etc.) on your Galaxy Tab A9+ 5G.
- Open theSettings app.
- Navigate: .
- From the Mobile Hotspot screen, configure the following as needed:
- Network name
- Security (e.g., Open, WPA2-Personal, etc.)
- PasswordThe new password must be entered on the connecting device.
- Tap the Password field to remove the existing password.
- Enter the password then tapSave.
- Band (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz preferred)
- TapAdvanced.
- TapTurn off when no device connected forthen select an option (e.g., Never timeout, 5 minutes, etc.).
- TapSave.
