If your moto g play - 2024 is running low on storage, it can cause crashes, slow performance, freezing apps, etc. Check your available memory to prevent these issues.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Storage
    .
  3. Perform any of the following:
    • To view device storage:
      1. From Storage, view the used space
      2. Tap
        Apps
         to a view storage for a particular app.
    • To view SD / memory card storage (only available if an SD / memory card is inserted):
      1. Tap the
        Dropdown arrow icon
         then tap the SD / memory card name.
      2. View the used space
  4. If the device memory is full, apps can be uninstalled and files can be moved to the SD / memory card or to a computer.
