Adjust Brightness / Display Settings

By adjusting screen settings (e.g., brightness level, screen timeout, etc.) on your TCL 50 LE, you can reduce eye strain, improve visibility and extend battery life.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Display
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • To adjust brightness:
      1. Slide the
        Brightness level bar
         right or left to increase or decrease brightness.
      2. Tap the
        Adaptive brightness switch
         to turn on or off.
    • To adjust screen timeout:
      1. Tap
        Sleep
        .
      2. Select an option (e.g., 15 seconds, 2 minutes, etc.).
    • To adjust display / font size:
      1. Tap
        Display size and text
         then adjust the slider as desired for the following:
      2. Slide the Font size and / or Display size bar left to decrease or right to increase the size.
      3. Tap the
        Back arrow icon
         to save.
