Change Network Mode

If your TCL 50 LE drops calls due to being near a network border, locking onto a specific network can help; however, roaming charges may apply.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Mobile network
    .
  3. Tap
    Choose automatically
     to turn on or off.
    This setting is turned on by default and should only be turned off if needed. Turning off this setting may impact the service.
    If the Choose automatically setting is turned off, follow the onscreen prompts to select an available network.
