Set Date and Time

Keeping the correct date and time on your TCL TAB 10 NXTPAPER 5G ensures alarms, calendar and reminders are delivered correctly. Change if the time is incorrect.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    System
    Date & time
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • Tap the
      Use 24-hour format switch
       to turn on or off.
    • To use network-provided date and time values, ensure the
      Set time automatically switch
       is on.
    • To manually set date and time values:
      1. Ensure the
        Set time automatically switch
         is off.
      2. Tap
        Date
        .
      3. Adjust the date then tap
        OK
        .
      4. Tap
        Time
        .
      5. Adjust the time then tap
        OK
        .
    • To use the network-provided time zone, ensure the
      Set automatically switch
       is on.
      While on, tap
      Use location
       to turn automatic time zone location on or off.
    • To manually set time zone values:
      1. Ensure the
        Set automatically switch
         is off.
      2. Tap
        Time zone
        .
      3. Tap
        Region
        then select a region.
      4. Tap
        Time zone
         then select a time zone.
